Eight launch moments in eighteen months, carried by a sales machine built for one product.
Your ad asks for launch models, readiness criteria and the transition to platform selling. Here is that work, started: a three-tier launch model, applied to what Remote actually shipped since January 2025.
The launch list is real, from your newsroom and product updates. The tier rulings are mine, made from outside. Enablement lines are illustrative.
Tier 1
New buyer, new motion, or new pricing. Full launch: field kickoff, pitch certification, a readiness gate before anyone sells it.
Tier 2
Changes an existing conversation. Motion-specific enablement, scoped to the segment or team it touches. No kickoff.
Tier 3
Better product, same conversation. Ships in-product. The field hears one line in the weekly digest. Zero training minutes.
And one routing rule that is not a tier: channel moves are not launches. They need rules of engagement, not a launch plan.
- The ruling
- Tier 2, and hold the field until it is one story. Bravas is the third acquired capability joining the platform. That is one lifecycle pitch, not three separate plays; selling Bravas alone spends the field's attention twice.
- The gate
- One integrated demo that shows hire, pay, equip in a single flow. Until it exists, the field says nothing.
- What a rep hears
- Nothing yet. That silence is the model working.
I designed and built this page with Claude Code. I researched the launch list, chose the model and own every ruling.
Where I fit this role, and where I don't
Go-to-market, built from zero
You want someone who designs frameworks and motions, not someone who inherits them.
On the founding team of WePractice I built the full go-to-market from nothing: two funding rounds, 1000+ client matches in year one, growth to 10 locations, 23 people and 170+ customers. At Sparrow Ventures I did it again for several ventures, validation through scale-up.
Trusted in the executive room
The role advises RevOps and GTM leadership and presents to executives who decide.
At Ifolor I owned a CHF 100M+ e-commerce business reporting to C-level, and moved it: +9% conversion, +15% checkout completion. At Brixel I was the bridge between UBS and Baloise senior stakeholders and the product team. At Swiss Post, leadership decides on prototypes I build instead of slides I write.
The gap, stated plainly
Your screening questions point at strategy consulting and SaaS revenue operations careers.
I have held neither a RevOps title nor a consulting badge. My go-to-market years come from building ventures and owning a P&L, the side of a launch where you are the person it lands on. If the team needs a career RevOps analyst, that is not me.

About me
Distributed work is not a policy I would adapt to, it is how I already operate. WePractice ran across 10 locations, Ifolor and Swiss Post run hybrid, and in 2025 I ran my own studio from the road for five months.
Outside work, cycling is the big one. I built Pedal Peak, a route platform now carrying 331 hand-ridden routes across 12 countries, because I wanted it to exist and nobody had built it. That is roughly how I approach work too.
